to cover the country. Lawyers who have signed up for 1-800-DIVORCE have been phenomenally
successful. However, as there can be only one 1-800-DIVORCE lawyer in each market area,
selling an area doesn't mean that other lawyers will rush to sign up in adjacent markets.
Lawyers generally are not the most entrepreneurial of business people. We have to proceed
one market at a time
We need help with our sales program, and we don't want you to
go away disappointed. Let's face it. You still need a divorce lawyer. And we still
need one in your area. Hence this CASH REWARD PROGRAM!
In most parts of the country, $500 will just about cover your
costs for an uncontested divorce. It'll also make a good dent in most other types of
family law cases. So, if you think you've found a competent divorce lawyer, why not do him
or her a favor at the same time you're clinching 5 C-notes? Tell that lawyer you think
1-800-DIVORCE is a good idea, and that you would certainly have come to him or her through
1-800-DIVORCE. Ask him or her if s/he'd mind if you provided his or her name and phone
number to 1-800-DIVORCE. Tell the lawyer about this program. How many will say,
"no" if they think you'll have an extra $500 to pay them????
Legal Marketing Systems, Ltd. (LMS) promises to
pay you $500 cash if you refer to LMS a licensed lawyer who signs a
1-800-DIVORCE
Service
Agreement and pays the Service Initiation Fee required therein. Payment of the $500 cash
reward becomes due and payable to you by LMS, without demand, upon sign up by the referred
lawyer and payment of his or her Service Initiation Fee to LMS.
Provide LMS the name and phone number of your
referred attorney. Any other info, such as the best time for us to call your lawyer, will
assist.
Provide LMS your valid mailing address and/or
telephone number and/or e-mail address that will enable LMS to forward your cash reward by
certified mail or to contact you by telephone or e-mail to attempt to arrange such
payment.
LMS will give you a registration number for
each referred attorney.
LMS will make reasonable efforts to contact
your referred attorney and provide any materials and information reasonably necessary for
that attorney to make an informed decision about whether to sign up for 1-800-DIVORCE and
to do so if s/he so decides.
LMS will provide you with reasonable updates,
upon demand, on whether or not your referred attorney has signed up for 1-800-DIVORCE.
If your attorney signs up for 1-800-DIVORCE
and pays his or her Service Initiation Fee to LMS, upon confirmation of receipt of said
funds, LMS will send to your provided mailing address by certified mail our $500 check,
payable ONLY to you, as your reward. If LMS has NO mailing address for you, reasonable
effort will be made to contact you through the most recently provided telephone number or
e-mail address to obtain a valid mailing address to which your reward will be sent by
certified mail.
Referrer must be 18 years or
older at the time of the referral to qualify.
LMS not responsible for
referred attorney's failure to return phone calls to LMS or to sign up.
Maximum number of referred
attorneys at any one time by any one referrer is 5.
To qualify, referred attorney
must sign up within 3 months of the referral for himself or his firm. Sign up by the
referred attorney's referral, partner or associate does not qualify.
Referral must be registered
with LMS BEFORE referred attorney is in contact with LMS..
Employees, spouses, partners,
associates, relatives and friends of the referred attorney definitely qualify for the
reward.
There is a limit of one cash
reward per each attorney sign-up. The first referral, as evidenced by registration number,
will prevail in any conflict..
You are responsible for
providing LMS a valid mailing address and/or phone number and/or e-mail address for
yourself. You are responsible for updating LMS on any changes to your mailing address
and/or phone number and/or e-mail address.
If LMS' certified mailing of
your reward check is returned to LMS and/or LMS is unable to contact you by telephone,
after reasonable efforts, to arrange to pay your reward, LMS will hold your reward for one
year from the date of the original referral, after which any unclaimed reward is forfeit.
If LMS has any reasonable
suspicion that someone other than yourself is claiming your reward, LMS reserves the right
to require a notarized statement of your mailing address before payment is made.
However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cash Reward
Program registration number. LMS will not be responsible under any circumstances if your
cash reward is paid to another person, who identified himself or herself as you, provided
LMS no reason to doubt his or her identity and quoted your registration number at
the time of claim.
Unless another state's
jurisdiction is validly asserted, California law applies to this Cash Reward Program.
